The costume was a cheaper quality. Thin fabric bodysuit, Velcro on fabric tail, etc. if you were using this for Halloween and it is cold, I would make them wear warm clothes under this. It would not keep anyone warm.The wings were thick and sturdy, they have survived a lot of crazy games.The mask is super thick and heavy, nicer than a thin plastic mask but also harder to stay on.As others have said it did have a smell but we let the costume air out for a couple weeks and now everyone is happy and fine.My son wanted to be Hiccup from how to train your dragon but then saw this and wanted to be a dragon.It has brought hours of play and fun and though the fabric has caught on the Velcro and frayed a bit, it is still going strong.

It is what you would expect for a kids costume. No complaints. Thin material but not see through. Son wore it all weekend for Larping and had a blast. I like these wings better than the plastic ones because they are light and comfortable for kids to wear long-term.

We got this costume early preparing for Halloween and my son is obsessed. He asks to put it on almost daily. I did size up as other reviewers had suggested and kind of glad I did – it’s big, but not too big. Only thing I wish was that the wings were printed on both sides, not just one – the other side is just plain black. Would definitely purchase again!

Purchased this costume for my son for Halloween. He loved it so much. Great quality. The mask did have a strong smell at first but that eventually went away. My son still uses it to play around the house all the time. For the price it’s such a great costume I would definitely recommend this item.

This dragon costume is amazing! Vibrant color, rich detail, fantastic wings, realistic mask, perfect fit, arrived quickly. My 5 year old grandson absolutely loves it — and so do his parents! It is a wonderful costume, and well worth the price. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars!

I purchased this costume for my grandson to wear for Halloween. He is 6, so Halloween is a BIG deal. The moment the item arrived he put it on and has apparently been mostly wearing it to the exclusion of all other outfits anytime he is allowed to do so. It is extremely well made and has stood up to the constant wear admirably. Halloween costumes are usually poorly made and rarely last. This dragon costume not only met but wildly surpassed all expectations!

We loved this costume for the most part. My only complaint would be that the wing design isn’t on the back of the wings, just the front. The back is like a black felt. Otherwise it’s super cute, the mask is very detailed and the quality is good. I would size up though. My son is in a size 10, we got the L and it was a little snug.

Great quality Great fit for the money. The wings are exceptional and my little one wears them constantly, even while riding the bicycle! My only comment would be that the mask requires a little off-gassing time when opened. But it did in fact stop smelling plasticky very quickly. There is even a label that recommends so.
