I’m a size 10 and I’m glad I ordered the large! And I’d even like it a tad bit bigger so I didn’t have the pulling on my tummy and back (my boobs are not small but look great in the front, caused some pulling on the back) Overall I’m pretty pleased with this costume. As an elementary teacher I wanted something when my team decided to do a special activity for our students at the end of our Ancient Cultures unit. I didn’t want it sexy and I needed it to be somewhat authentic. I find this to be overall flattering, a nice length (I’m 5’6”), and decently made and priced. The white fabric is a little bit see-through but easily mitigated. The v-neck, while not at all authentic, they used a lot of fabric and wore tunics and often long sleeves, wasn’t risqué and looked nice.Oh – it was nice to have some accessories- the medallion pins for the shoulders are good, the armbands are too small (might fit my students), they fit up to my elbows. There’s also a Greek key belt if needed that I didn’t try.

Definitely “costume” quality, but a cut above most. Hangs nicely and wasn’t overly low cut. While the burgundy color covers a lot of the skirt, there is a white part down one hip and you’ll definitely want nude underwear that lays smooth.I am 5’9” and 140lbs and usually a size medium. Base on the sizing chart I ordered a large – a perfect fit and nearly floor length.

The dress is beautiful.. But the size of the dress is misleading. An extra large should be a size 16.This extra large is too small.l am having to alter it.

The quality of this costume was great – for being a $20.00 costume – so in regards to the costume itself there were not really any complaints. EXCEPT – I ordered the small – I’m 5′ tall and about 125Lbs – with an athletic build. I got this two days before Halloween. I put it on over my clothes at work and it fit (sort of) – it was kinda big over jeans and a shirt, but the top part was HUGE. I’m nowhere close to being top heavy at all, but geez. I figured I didn’t have time to send it back, or get a different one, so I decided I would just sew the chest area. The package of my costume was marked small, so I though – how could this be so large. When I tried it on at home it was also pretty big (without jeans). As I was sewing away on Halloween morning, I noticed – the tag on the actual costume said it was a Large. Well that sure as heck explained why the chest was so large. I was beginning to think – who has knockers this large and are so short… As I said – the quality of the costume was great. If it was the right size, this would be a 5 star review. Unfortunately – someone decided to put a Large in a Small packaging.

This product did not come with the Medallion I was very disappointed and the detail of the product was misleading and it showed misrepresentation what was included because it stated the medallion was included and the medallions weren’t included in the product like it said it would be. Very disappointing and misrepresented
